Quality requirements
Our JET A/A-1 fuel meets the Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS) latest issue. It also meets the most stringent requirements of the Defence Standard 91-091 as well as ASTM D-1655.

Spotlight on Jet A/A-1
Jet A and Jet A-1 are kerosene-type fuels. The primary difference between the two is the freezing point, the temperature at which wax crystals disappear in a laboratory test. Jet A, which is mainly used in the Americas, must have a freeze point of minus 40ºC or below and does not typically contain static dissipater additive. Jet A-1 must have a freeze point of minus 47ºC or below. Used for locations outside the Americas, this fuel normally contains static dissipater additive
