Our 12 month graduate development programme is designed to provide top graduates with a structured series of developmental rotations across Puma Energy to help them build a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of our business before a move into a specific business unit. The programme opens up a range of career growth opportunities within Puma Energy for the graduates.

The programme drives operational excellence by having the right people with the right skills and mindset in the right positions working together to run our business legally, safely, profitably and with integrity. The programme cultivates commercial acumen, operational excellence and encourages participants to capture opportunities for themselves.

The Puma Finance Assessment Programme is a new approach that will look to evaluate participants’ potential to transition into senior leadership roles within the Finance function. The programme aims to identify and cultivate Puma Energy’s next generation leaders. Participants who are successful in this programme gain access to  mentorship opportunities designed to guide them in developing their leadership capabilities and skills with on-the-job training and coaching. We are looking for candidates who are motivated to establish themselves in intermediate to mid-level functions in the Africa Region.

Puma Commercial Assessment Programme provides exciting opportunities for professionals in Africa with previous commercial experience who are interested in working in retail, B2B, supply, finance and general management in the energy industry. We’re open to candidates from any industry, and are seeking high-performing, go-getting team players who will thrive in our dynamic culture here at Puma Energy.
