Accreditation for Puma Bitumen Laboratory

Our new bitumen lab in Kwinana in Australia has achieved accreditation from the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA). This means that the Puma Bitumen team can now conduct product testing on-site, certifying our bitumen products without third party involvement.

The National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia is the recognised national accreditation authority for analytical laboratories and testing service providers in Australia. NATA accreditation formally recognises facilities that meet the competency requirements to produce reliable technical results for test methods that comply with the international standard ISO17025. In the bitumen industry, all customers and end-users require certification testing to be performed by NATA accredited laboratories and products to be accompanied by NATA endorsed reports as proof of compliance.
