Puma Aviation in Papua New Guinea is embracing “Make A Difference Day”, a global CSR initiative to encourage people and organisations to dedicate a day to volunteering and giving back.
The team in PNG rose quickly to the challenge and put forward 10 teams from its aviation depots and a team from our two storage terminals to give back to the local communities. Together they offered support by providing car-washing and vehicle check-ups for customers at our retail service stations; collecting rubbish and other outdoor housekeeping in public areas, including a local cemetery; and visiting a local hospital to distribute hygiene products.
